User exit for PA30

Hi experts

I am new in abap hr.

My task is how can i implement user exit for PA30 (Infotype 0001), when user execute PA30 Tcode and create new or update or modify exist personnel number and click on save button then i want one message (information type) which shows that poating is ok...

Please help me how to work for this user exit...
