IT Table (split created due to work centre change in WPBP)    

0B00 Base Rate 01     (Weekly amt 1)

0B00 Base Rate 02     (Weekly amt 2)

Rule z001 to transfer weekly amt to Rate

NUM = TSSOLL

NUM?0

If Zero, do nothing.  As Split 01 includes zero planned hours, nothing is calculated.

However, we want to remove Cost Centre Split so TSSOLL for whole pay period applied.

Please let me know if would like more info.
